► The Region’s Leading Annual Microelectronics Event
For the 52nd time, the IMAPS New England Chapter will be hosting its Symposium and Exhibition. The 52nd will be unlike any symposium we have hosted in the past – a lot of things will be different. For the first time since I’ve been around – and possibly ever – the New England Chapter will be partnering with iMAPS Corporate. The IMAPSNE 52nd Symposium is co-locating with the IMAPS ATW on Wire Bonding. The NE Symposium will run all day on Tuesday, May 12th , and the Wire Bonding 2026 Workshop will run on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12th and 13th .
Additionally, and I’m sure this news will bring much fanfare, we will be hosting these events at a new location. IMAPSNE’s 52 nd Symposium and Wire Bonding 2026 will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Woburn MA. For those traveling from out of town or otherwise wish to stay over, iMAPS has a special room rate, and a room block that closes on April 15th . More details on that to follow.
We are transitioning to a tabletop format, to mitigate rising costs and provide a fluid and easy situation for our exhibitors. Exhibitor Registration is now live. You can register for a tabletop by filling out the form below. Rates will increase after April 15th , so act now to reserve you spot – spaces are limited. When you register for the NE Symposium, not only will you have the opportunity to interact with our attendees and the Wire Bonding attendees, but you can also elect to stay for the second day of the Wire Bonding Workshop at no additional cost. - Matt Bracy, Chapter President.

The best microelectronics insights aren't always in a white paper—they’re shared over a casual conversation.
In the Metro Boston area, our industry moves fast. Staying ahead requires more than just a LinkedIn profile; it requires being in the room, face to face, with the people driving the tech forward.
iMAPS local meetings bridge the gap between major corporations and local innovators. We’ve stripped away the stiff formality of traditional networking to create a space that is high-value but low-pressure. Whether you're looking to relocate, scout the local landscape, or simply catch up with "industry friends," this is your home base in New England.
Don’t just maintain your career—accelerate it. Join us at our next weeknight meeting and see why the best connections happen here.
We're currently working on a meeting for March 26th. Stay tuned, or better yet sign up for our Microelectronics in New England newsletter HERE.
